From 1902 until 1911 the house at 2310 Scottwood Avenue was home to the James M. Ritchie family.   Mr. Ritchie was a lawyer and Ada M. Ritchie was a teacher at Central High School.  Maurice A. Ritchie was the Clerk of Courts who resided here between 1902 and 1907.

Agnes B. Allen lived here between 1991 and 1916.  She was the widow of Edward H. Allen.  Attorney Harry W. Morgan resident her between 1922 and '24.  His live-in maid was Rose Welti.
