According to a notation on the back of this photograph, a new heating system was installed in June of 1918 at the 1912-built duplex of John H. Berkebile at 2369 Robinwood.  Mr. Berkebile was the president of the H. J. Speiker Company.  His biography and personal photograph appear in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 12.  The other unit was home to George Heater in 1918 who was the vice-president and manager of the Toledo Plate & Window Glass Company.   The George Alter home once stood on this site circa 1891.  Jack Taylor provided us this image.
