2486 Robinwood was a fourplex apartment house built before 1918.  The 1918 directory listed Morris Kobacker of Kobacker Furniture as the resident of H #A; Milton Gasser, the president of Gasser Coffee Company, in H #B; John Nagely, a clotheshanger manufacturer, in H #C; and Dean Higgins, the president of the Dean Higgins Company, in H #D.  The May 26, 1926 issue of the Toledo News-Bee advertised the auction of the contents of Apt. B of 2486 Robinwood.  The paper listed the items for sale.
