2480 Robinwood did not appear in the 1911 Polk City Directory.  According to the 1912, 1918 and 1921 city directories, Charles Wynkoop was the resident of 2480 Robinwood.  His firm was Wynkoop-McGormley Company.  Mr. Wynkoop was a contractor engineer.  Marion Wynkoop roomed here.
