2268 Robinwood was designed by A. B. Sturges, built in 1893 and altered in 1899.  The 1896 directory listed Henry Breckenridge and Karl Breckenridge as residents.  The 1910 directory listed banker Carl Spitzer whose biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 413.  His wife Edna (Brown) Spitzer, boarder Emma White, a nurse, and domestic Mary Martin also lived here.  Frank Stranahan of the Champion Spark Plug Company was listed in 1918, while lawyer George Seney lived here in 1921.  Mr. Seney's biography appeared in the same volume on page 581.
