2273 Robinwood, built in 1897, was home to Olive Young, the widow of Herbert Young, and Catherine Pratt, the widow of Charles Pratt.  John Pratt of Pratt, Terry & Pratt, boarded here.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 256.  The 1900 Polk City Directory listed Mollie Brotherly as the domestic.  The 1910 city directory listed the Conlon family as residents of this home.  Thomas Conlon, teacher Theresa Conlon and Rose, a student.  Frank Coates whose biography appeard in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 5 was the resident in 1918.  His wife was Julia (Lineburgh) Coates.
