Live-in domestic Gertrude Beckman was employed by the Fred Gould family at 2842 Robinwood in 1910.  Mr. Gould was the president of Gould Specialty Manufacturing Company in 1910 and the first vice-president of the Superior Lines Manufacturing Company by 1918.  The 1921 Polk City Directory listed Sterling Beeson as the resident of this home.  Mr. Beeson was with the John Munn Company.  Also, Rutherford B. Hayes, a mechanical engineer with A. Bentley & Sons Company lived here in 1921  Scott Hayes, a clerk with the Owens Bottle Company, roomed here.
