2846 Robinwood was home to William Heckert, a mechanical engineer, according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.  Neula Heckert, a milliner, boarded here in 1910.  The 1918 directory listed George Hyatt, who was the assistant treasurer and plant manager of the Asphalt Block Pavement Company which was located at 3047 Jessie.
