The address 2828 Robinwood did not appear in the 1911 Polk City Directory.  The 1912 city directory listed James Farley, a laborer, as the resident of this home.  Charles Folsom, a tent maker in 1918, and a clerk at the Hettrick Manufacturing  Company in 1921, later lived at 2838 Robinwood.
