The 1900 Polk City Directory listed clerk Charles Warner of the R M S, the Railroad Mail Service.  George Champe was the occupant in 1918.  Mr. Champe was a civil engineer with an office in the Nasby Building.  Dorothy Champe and Willard Champe roomed here in 1921.
