The 1910 Polk City Directory listed Dr. P. Bruce Brockway as the resident at 2520 Parkwood.  His practice was located at 341 on 12th Street.  Herman Strater was the occupant in 1921.  Mr. Strater was the vice-president and manager of the Cannon Garment & Rug Cleaning Company.
