634 Stratford Place was built in 1912 at a cost of $4,300.  The 1913, 1918, 1921 and 1924 city directories listed Homer Yaryan, the president and treasurer of the H. L. Yaryan Motor Sales and later a salesman with the Willys-Overland Company.  By 1924 Mr. Yaryan was a deputy marshall.  His wife was Jean Yaryan.
