22 Bronson Place was home to the Lyman Wachenheimer family in 1910.  Lyman and Anna had one daughter Helen according to the census of that year.  Mr. Wachenheimer was a lawyer with his office at 951-2-3 Spitzer Building.  His address according to the 1907 directory was 17 Bronson Place.  Mr. Wachenheimer died September 28, 1910.  Anna Wachenheimer, the widow of Lyman Wachenheimer, continued to live here through 1924.
