Built in 1905, Naval architect Edward Hopkins lived at 2222 Scottwood The Bolivia in 1907.  The 1910 city directory listed this address as the Bolivia Flats with four apartments. Residents included Mark Dickey, James Sibley, Mrs. N. Hanson and Robert Haynes.
