2504 Scottwood was home to Edward Salisbury, a machinist, according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.  The 1918 and the 1924 city directories listed physician Murray McGonigie as the resident of this home.  His wife was Perris McGonigie.  Mary and Ruth McGonigie roomed here in 1924.
