2562 Scottwood was built in 1912 according to the Lucas County Auditor's Office records.  The 1918 Polk City Directory listed Pratt Tracy as the resident.  Mr. Tracy was the vice-president of the Toledo Screw Products Company.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 237.  His wife was Katherine (Crowfoot) Tracy.
