2483 Scottwood, according to the 1910 Polk City Directory, was home to Peter Donnelly.  Mr. Donnelly was a physician with J & P Donnelly, physicians and surgeons of 220 Michigan.  That same year, Mary Neuendorf was the family's live-in domestic.  The 1918 city directory listed Sam Davis whose business was located at 1510 Elm.  His company advertised coal, shavings, moving, trucking and builders' supplies.  Mr. Davis' biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 671.
