2521 Scottwood
 

2521 Scottwood, a duplex, was home to Florence Cottrell, a vice-president of the Toledo Blade Company according to both the 1910 and 1918 Polk City directories. The other unit was home to Joseph Parker in 1910 and by 1918, William Martin and wife Annie (McClure).  Mr. Martin's biography can be found in the book Toledo & Lucas County Volume 3 on page 231. Manfred M. Stophlet was the architect for this residence.  The images of the exterior elevations can be found online.
