2416 Robinwood-Kelley Home

The Louis D. Kelley Home, 2416 Robinwood Avenue, was designed by Wachter and Hudson in the Shingle style, popular between 1880 and 1900.  In the 1920s it was transformed into a Colonial Revival duplex.  Two permits, # 2416 and # 2760, were granted in 1922 for the alteration of this home.  The architectural firm of Mills, Rheinhart & Bellman furnished the plans for the remodeling.
