The May 23, 1914 issue of the Toledo News-Bee told the tragic story of the death of young Edward Mitchel of 2410 Robinwood who collided with a car while roller skating in the street.  His father was Gaston Mitchel, a boat builder with the J. G. Kuehnle & Company.  He was survived by an older sister living in Pittsburg and an older brother at home.
