The 1910 Polk City Directory listed John Jacoby, the proprietor of the Jacoby House, wines and restaurant located at 31 Summit, as the resident of 2715 Robinwood.  Frederick Schaal of Fell & Schaal lived here in 1912.  The 1918 directory listed clerk Charle Sweeney.  Joesph Sweeney, a physician at 319 Superior, roomed here in 1918 and also was listed as the resident in the 1921 directory.  The March 17, 1924 issue of the Toledo News-Bee reported that Dr. Sweeney's car seat caught fire when a passerby tossed a cigaret through its window.  His address in 1924 was 2715 Robinwood.
