2713 Robinwood was home to Oswald Burkart according to the 1912 Polk City Directory.  Mr. Burkart's occupation was a window trimmer.  Louis Sebastian of 2713 Robinwood was listed as a superintendent in the 1918 city directory and an inspector in the 1921 listing.
