The 1900 Polk City Directory listed physician Charles Strong as the resident of 2406 Robinwood.  Ethel Holton boarded here that same year.  The 1910 and 1911directories listed Charles Wynkoop, the president of the Wynkoop-McGormley Company, bridge contractors.  The domestic in 1910 was Francis Lyons.  John Lewis Jr of the Lion Dry Goods Comapany  occupied the house in 1912.  Darsie Trent appeared in both the 1918 and 1921 city directories as the occupant, while Francis Trent, a salesman, roomed here.
