2354 Robinwood was home to Charles Haviland according to the 1910, 1918, and 1921 Polk city directories.  Mr. Haviland was the secretary and treasurer of the Western Boot & Shoe Conpany in 1910 and eventually becoming the president of that company.  In 1910 the live-in domestic was Katherine Buhro.  Ruth Haviland roomed here in 1918.
