Built in 1899, 2313 Robinwood was home to Horton Rorick according to the 1900 directory.  The 1910 Census listed the residents of this home as Mr. Rorick, his wife Marie, daughter Alice, and sons Marvin and Ceilan.  The live-in domestics in 1900 were Gertrude Mahlman and Elizabeth Sehler (Lizzie) whose name appeared from 1905 to 1913, Anna Battig in 1910, and Helen Fabiszak in 1921.  Albert Foster of Spitzer, Rorick & Company lived here by the time of the 1918 and 1921 directories.  His wife Leila and their children Cordelia, Oscar and Robert were listed in the 1920 Census.
