2309 Robinwood was built in 1891.  The 1900 Polk City Directory listed Charles Smith, a physician, as its resident.  The live-in domestic in 1900 was Alice Fawcette.  The 1910, 1918 and 1921 Polk city directories listed Arion Wilson as the occupant of this home.  Mr. Wilson was the president of the Toledo Title and Trust Company.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 510.  Mr. Wilson's wife was Clara (Moorehead) Wilson.
