2301 Robinwood
 
2301 Robinwood was constructed by1896 and was home to Morris Riggs, the chief engineer with the Toledo Bridge Company according to both the 1896 and 1900 Polk city directories.  Alice Watters was the domestic in 1900.  The 1910 and 1918 city directories listed Frank Hoehler of Heohler & Cummings which sold municipal bondes.  The live-in domestic in 1910 was Pearl Greiger.  Flora Cheney, the widow of Frank Cheney, and roomer Louise Cheney, the widow of Leibius Cheney, were the residents of this home in 1921.
