The 1912 Polk City Directory had no listing for 2830 Paarkwood.  Terence McDonnell lived at 2830 Parkwood in 1918.  Mr. McDonnell was the vice-president of the Toledo Savings Bank & Trust.  Geretrude McDonnell was a roomer that year.  The 1921 city directory listed the occupant of this house as John McGreevy, a clerk with the New York Central Railroad.
