According to the Lucas County Auditor's records, the house at 2733 Parkwood was constructed in 1915.  The 1918 directory listed Burton Jamieson as the resident but did not list his occupation.  James Wilson, an undertaker at 2015 Adams, was the occupant of this house in 1921.  (The address 2731 Parkwood was vacant in the 1911 city directory and did not even appear in the 1912 directory.  The address 2735 Parkwood appeared in both the 1911 and 1912 city directories as vacant.)
