The 1910 Polk City Directory listed Mrs. Catherine (Donahue) Hanley, the widow of Joseph Hanley, as the resident of 2523 Parkwood.  In 1921 Mrs. Hanley remarried and became the wife of Justin Wells.  He was a mechanical engineer.  More information may be read in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 443.
