According to the 1896 and the 1900 city directories, William Grindeman lived in 658 Virginia.  His occupation was listed as a gardener.  The 1910 directory listed Horace Merrill of Ulery & Merrill, lawyers.  Raleigh Mills, a cashier with the Home Savings Bank in 1918, was another later occupant.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 578.  Mr. Mills' wife was Helen (Miller) Mills.
