627 Virginia
 
According to the 1900 Polk City Directory, 627 Virginia was home to Milton Burgert who was in real estate with an office at 814 The Spitzer Building.  By 1910 he moved his office to 301 St.Clair Building.  The Burgert's live-in domestic in 1910 was Martha Barkenquast.  Louis Lichtie, who was in autos, lived in this home in 1918 along with Fred Green whose occupation was not listed.  Wilbur Bunker lived here in 1935.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 464.  Mr. Bunker's wife was Charlotte Bunker.
