In 1900  Rose Haskin, the widow of Cary Haskin, was listed as the resident at 530 Virginia.  She continued to live in the home for years as the 1921 directory still listed her as the occupant.  Harold, Mary and William Haskin all boarded with their mother in the family home.  C. Lowell Haskin, a clerk with the Banting Machine Company, was listed in the 1910 and the 1921 directory as a boarded or roomer.
