639 Stratford Place
 
639 Stratford Place was constructed in 1912 at a cost of $4,500 with a sun porch costing $1,800 added in 1920.  It was home to Henry Mills from 1913 and he still lived here in 1924.  Mr. Mills died in 1962.  He was the secretary and superintendent of the Toledo Cotton Goods Manufacturing Company in 1918.  In 1924 his occupation was the president and treasurer of the same company,  He was known as Edmund, his middle name.  Anna Mills was his wife.
