Mr Wiltsie of the Wiltsie Realty Company was the original resident of 618 Stratford Place, a street that his company had developed around 1910.  On August 16, 1913 Mr. Wiltsie posted his own home for sale in the Toledo News Bee for the consideration of $10,000.  The house had four sleeping rooms, shower, bath, sun parlor, living room and dining room.  The house was heated with Yaryan heat.   The  property had a fine large garage.  Take a peek into a vintage room.
