A tile and stucco bungalow at 618 Stratford Place.  This home was built in 1911 at a cost of $4,000.  The 1918 and 1921 city directory listed Charles Feilbach and his wife Lillian (Narramore) Feilach as the residents.  Mr. Feilbach was the president of the Feilbach Company whose business was wholesale grocers located at 23 S. Superior.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 647.  Vera May Feilbach as their daughter.
