The 1918 directory listed Howard Yeager as the resident at 2841 Rockwood Place.  Fred Warnke who was in real estate lived here in 1921 and 1924 according to the city directories of those years.  Hattie Warnke was his wife.  The 1924 directory listed Mabel Warnke, a stenographer with the Travelers' Insurance Company, as a roomer.
