2840 Rockwood Place
 
2840 Rockwood Place was the home of Albert Fair according to the 1918, 1921 and 1924 city directories.  In 1918 Mr. Fair was the assistant secretary of the Continental Trust & Savngs Bank Company, while in 1921 his occupation was listed as the secretary of the City Machine & Tool Company.  In 1924 he was the sales manager at the Welles-Bowen Company.  His wife was Mabel Fair.
