The 1921 city directory listed Frank McGravel, the president and manager of the McGravel Lumber Company, as the occupant of 2636 Glenwood.  The other unit was home to engineer Charles Fennell.  By 1924 Leo Aronson and his wife Rudolphine Aronson lived in one unit with their son Hortense, a student.  Also Neal and Ruby Aronson lived here.  The other unit was home to Daniel Iford, the Commissioner of Health.  Mildred Iford roomed here.
