2638 Glenwood
 
2638 Glenwood was built in 1912.  The owner of lot #7 of the Upton & Miller's Robinwood Addition in 1907 was Ida Breese who bought it on March 19.  Research provided by Debbie Martin.  By 1918 and also the 1924 Polk City Directory listed the resident as James Brailey, the vice-president of the Citizens Sand & Gravel Company and later, president-treasurer of the LaBeau Wrecking Company.  His wife was Rose Brailey.  His son, James Jr. worked for the Toledo Blade. Other sons included Vance and Robert.
