The 1910 Polk City Directory listed Ambrose Moody as the occupant of 2310 Glenwood.  Mr. Moody was the manager of the Jarecki Manufacturing Company.  E. Stanton was the resident in 1918.  Mr. Stanton was the secretary-treasurer of the Toledo Chevrolet Motor Company and the Warner Manufacturing Company.  In 1921, John Davis lived here.  His biography and personal photograph appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 470.  His wife was Florence (Hodge) Davis.  Their children were John Owen Davis and Mary Grace Davis.
