Laura Koch, formerly of 1937 Franklin in 1896, was listed as the resident of 2311 Glenwood in the 1900 Polk City Directory.  She was the widow of Joseph Koch.  Mary Cantillon was the housekeeper that same year.  In 1910, lawyer Moses Bloch lived here along with family domestic Helen Greunke. The 1918 city directory listed Joseph Kobacker who was with the King Furniture Company at 442-8 Summit.
