2149 Glenwood was built before 1910.  The 1910 and 1912 city directories lsited H #1 as the flat for Edward Austin, a travel agent (salesman).  H #2 was home to Albion Lang in 1910 and 1911 whose biography and photograph appeared in Memories of Lucas County and the City of Toledo on page 77, while Louis VnVleck lived here in 1912.  Margaret Wilson, the widow of Walter Wilson, was the occupant of H #3 in 1910, 1911, and 1912.  The balcony for Apt. B (H #2) was enclosed in 1927 using plans #2998.
