The 1896 Polk City Directory listed physician Charles Ham whose practice was located at Washington and 22 nd. as the resident.  The 1900 city directory listed Prussia-born physician Frederick Kallmerton with Minnie Meyhoefer as the live-in domestic.  His wife was Alice J. Kallmerton and their children were Raymond and Alice V. Kallmerton.  Dr. Kallmerton conducted his practice from the house.  Both the 1910 and 1921 city directories listed Samuel Kohn, a lawyer whose biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 3 on page 597.
