2333 Glenwood was listed as vacant in the 1911 and 1912 Polk city directories.  According to the 1918 and 1921 city directories, Elias Gross was the occupant of 2031 Glenwood.  Mr. Gross was the president and treasurer of the Judd Gross-Jordon Company.  His biography appeared in Toledo & Lucas County  Vol. 2 on page 163.  Mr. Gross' wife was Leota (Berry) Gross.
