2527 Glenwood
 
2527 Glenwood was constructed in 1903 according to the Lucas County Auditor's records.  It was home to James Malone of Malone & Rafter according to the 1910 Polk City Directory.  His office was in the Spitzer Building.  The Malone's live-in domestic that year was Katherine Bower.  By the time of the publication of the 1921 city directory, Margaret Malone was listed as the widow of James Malone.
