2519 Glenwood
 
Electrician Josiah Scott appeared to be the first resident of 2519 Glenwood which was built in 1898 with plans by Millls, Rheinhart & Bellman.  The 1910 and 1911 Polk city directories listed Lyman Spitzer as the resident.  He was the manager of the Spitzer and Nicholas Buildings in 1910.  The 1912 directory listed Charles Stanley who was the general manager of the M. I. Wilcox Company.  W. H. Reeder was the occupant in 1921.  He was the president of the Dime Savings Bank Company whose biography and photograph appeared in Toledo & Lucas County Vol. 2 on page 284.
