2503 Glenwood
 
The Lucas County Auditor's records indicated that 2503 Glenwood was built in 1897.  In 1911 it was home to George Sinclair.  Mr. Sinclair was the assistant manager of the Church & McConnell Comapny.  Herman Kaufmann, the vice-president and treasurer of the Kaufmann Brothers Company, was the resident according to the 1918 Polk City Directory.  Rosa Kaufmann roomed here.
