2116 Glenwood was built in 1892.  The 1910 Polk City Directory reveals that the occupant was Henry Stern while the 1918 directory lists Isadore Silveman of the Kobacker Furniture Company as the resident.  A live-in domestic served the Stern family in 1910.  Her name was Helen Marlow.  The property was listed as "vacant" in the 1912 city directory.
