2717 Glenwood was constructed on lot 68 Collingwood Addition by contractor Nathaniel Heffelbower.  The 1910 Polk City Directory shows us that the resident of this property was Norris Milmine, a superintendent, while the 1918 directory reveals that the occupant was Karl Hawley, an assistant manager.
